Who I am

A Life Across Borders

Born in Beijing, I spent my young adulthood in Europe, particularly in France. In 2021, I moved to Canada to begin a new chapter. This multicultural path taught me how to adapt and bridge differences, but it also meant constantly recalibrating my sense of identity.

Ten Years in the Code

For over a decade, I worked as a software engineer in the fast-paced world of technology. I moved between global banks, startups, and Big Tech environments, navigating systems built on logic, structure, and scale. Yet my story is not only written in code—it is shaped by the many languages and places I have called home.

The Reality of Burnout

Beneath external success and constant movement, I was functioning at a high level while feeling increasingly disconnected internally—efficient, but not well. Although I could build complex systems, I hadn’t yet learned the most essential skill: how to truly take care of myself.

The Wish that Changed Everything

At a concert by my favorite singer, the music paused. He invited us to make a wish for ourselves. In that moment, surrounded by thousands of voices, I whispered: “I wish to learn how to take care of myself.”

That wish became my turning point.

Today, I combine the analytical discipline of an engineer and the resilience of a multicultural immigrant to support people navigating burnout, identity shifts, and success fatigue—so they can reconnect with themselves and rebuild a life that feels aligned.
