We start by simply clearing the air and letting the weight of your thoughts out into the open. This is about finding the words for that "heavy" feeling so we can finally see what we are actually dealing with.
Instead of just "surviving," we pause to ask what your heart actually wants to walk away with. We cut through the noise of what you should do to find a target that feels truly meaningful and worth the trek.
We peel back the stories you tell yourself to see the ground you’re actually standing on. By looking at reality without judgment, we turn "I'm stuck" into a clear map of choices you didn't know you had.
We dive into the "why" behind the hesitation—the fears, the settling, and the costs of staying exactly where you are. This is where we look at what is holding you back so you can decide to stop paying for a life that's too small.
Now we dream without the brakes on, asking what you would dare to do if you knew you couldn't fail. We look past your old limits to design a future that feels expansive, creative, and entirely possible for you.
The adventure turns into action as you commit to the very first steps of your new life. We focus on the courage of moving forward—not being perfect—and celebrate the growth you feel as you start to truly soar.

Born in Beijing, I spent my young adulthood immersed in Europe, particularly the vibrant culture of France. In 2021, I crossed the Atlantic to begin a new chapter in Canada. This multicultural path taught me how to adapt and bridge gaps, but it also meant constantly recalibrating my identity across borders.
For over a decade, my life was defined by logic, data, and the fast-paced world of technology. As a software engineer, I navigated every environment imaginable—from the rigid structures of global banks to the high-pressure sprints of startups and Big Tech. But my story isn't just told in lines of code; it’s told in the many languages and landscapes I’ve called home.
However, beneath the professional success and the global moves, I was struggling. I realized that while I knew how to build complex software, I hadn't yet learned the most vital skill of all: how to truly take care of myself.
Last year, at a concert by my favorite singer, the music stopped for a moment. He asked us all to make a wish for ourselves. In that crowd, surrounded by melody, I whispered my truth: "I wish to learn how to take care of myself." That wish became my mission. I transitioned from debugging software to understanding the human heart, beginning my professional life coaching training. I am still in the process of healing—I don’t claim to be "finished," because growth is a lifelong journey. But today, I combine the analytical discipline of an engineer, the resilience of a multicultural immigrant, and the empathy of a mother to help you.
